About the role
This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the spa journey, from welcome to farewell. You will represent the brand and ensure spa treatments are provided to the highest standards, turning every guest into a happy fan of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve business goals, including financial and non‑financial targets, while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze operations, allocate resources efficiently, and realize cost efficiencies.
- Communicate seamlessly across all levels, provide constructive feedback, and resolve guest complaints with effective service recovery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, beauty therapy, hotel management or a related field (high school diploma minimum).
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
