Senior Specialist, Business Relationship Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Specialist to act as the Digital Business Partner for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) zone. The role bridges business stakeholders and Schneider Digital, ensuring that digital solutions align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across MEA on all Schneider Digital topics and act as a trusted digital consultant.
• Manage and prioritize business demands, translating requirements into actionable digital solutions.
• Drive deployment and adoption of digital transformation and AI initiatives while measuring business impact.
• Support stakeholders in defining digital roadmaps and implementation priorities.
• Coordinate project execution with global and regional Schneider Digital teams, monitoring progress, timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate agile decision‑making and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead service performance reviews and collaborate with internal and external service providers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise applications, improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, key users and technical teams across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, IT consulting or project management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise digital solutions.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional, multicultural teams in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
