Senior Specialist – Community Engagement (Food Hub)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Community Engagement at Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH) is the primary client‑facing representative responsible for embedding a safety‑first culture, ensuring premium market standards, and protecting operating costs through strict SLA enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client‑facing representative, embedding a safety‑first culture and handling tenant concerns and service requests.
• Monitor outsourced operational functions (cleaning, maintenance, security) daily to ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance.
• Enforce service level agreements, apply performance deductions and manage cost discipline to protect the service‑charge recovery ratio.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits, collaborating with contractors to prevent incidents and trading interruptions.
• Support market reputation by benchmarking against competitors and driving initiatives that boost tenant retention and service‑charge renewal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement or market operations within food trading, logistics or similar environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and good knowledge of Arabic (preferred).
