Senior Specialist – Digital Content and Design

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Specialist to lead the development and execution of digital content and visual design across web, social media, campaigns and institutional communications in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high‑quality digital content and visual assets for multiple channels.
• Provide creative direction and hands‑on execution for branding, multimedia, video, motion graphics and digital storytelling.
• Translate strategic guidance from the MarComms Advisor into compelling concepts and final deliverables.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality control and creative excellence across all digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, Programs, IT) and coordinate with external vendors following agency‑style workflows.
• Mentor team members and support capability building in creative production.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital design trends and recommend innovative tools to boost audience engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, branding, graphic design and multimedia production.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
