About the role
The Investigation Specialist supports the investigations function by assisting the Investigations Manager and assigned investigators in handling whistleblowing and other compliance-related investigations in a timely, fair, objective, and confidential manner.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with case intake, fact‑finding, evidence collection, documentation, interview coordination, case tracking, and reporting.
- Support investigations into fraud, bribery, corruption, legal breaches, sanctions, trade concerns, conflicts of interest, human rights, data protection, ethical misconduct, retaliation, misuse of assets, and other matters as assigned.
Required profile
- Experience in supporting investigations or compliance functions.
- Ability to work under the Group Whistleblowing Policy and Investigation Guidelines.
