About the role
The Senior Specialist – P2P & Contract Management will oversee supply management controls, risks and compliance across the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay process at Dubai Airports.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure purchasing data integrity and purchase order compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.
- Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle and design procurement controls in line with guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings and complete corrective actions.
- Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws and Dubai Airports policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 0.5–3 years of experience in procurement.
- Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Familiarity with Tejari platform.
- Advanced Excel skills.
