Senior Support Specialist, Wealth Management

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a Senior Support Specialist for its Wealth Management division in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, transaction processing, and ongoing portfolio servicing on our multi‑fund platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as day‑to‑day servicing contact for assigned clients and relationship managers.
• Handle client queries related to portfolios, transactions, balances, statements and fund information.
• Provide timely updates on subscriptions, redemptions, settlements and operational status.
• Support relationship managers with operational inputs for client meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows (Compliance/Sumsub) and ensure clients are operationally ready after approval.
• Execute transaction processing and monitor portfolio servicing across the institutional fund platform.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues and deliver accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth or asset management support functions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
