Senior Sustainability Program Manager – Global Energy & Automation

About the role

Amazon Thunder is looking for a dynamic Senior Sustainability Program Manager to lead execution planning for building decarbonisation, energy efficiency and resource optimisation across its First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile operations in the AMET region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain program‑level oversight, track site‑level progress and provide analysis for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with the PMO on budget, labour planning, milestones and risk reporting.
• Partner with Design & Construction, Global Sustainable Development, Asset Management, Finance and Operations teams on due‑diligence and implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, lessons learned and coaching on sustainability best practices.
• Oversee construction engineering, planning and contract administration for new builds and retrofits in logistics environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in program planning, construction project management or sustainability engineering.
• Proven ability to bridge business‑unit sustainability strategies with engineering execution.
• Experience with Amazon fulfillment centre or similar logistics launches is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% of the time internationally.
