Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – Emiratization (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Grant Thornton UAE is looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead its Emiratization and UAE National hiring strategy. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Advisory, Tax, Assurance and Internal Client Services to attract and secure top Emirati talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on UAE Nationals for multiple service lines.
• Screen, assess and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and Emiratization targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring metrics.
• Promote the employer brand to enhance visibility among UAE talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labour market and Emiratization regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
