Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Construction & Contracting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for large‑scale construction, contracting and engineering projects in the UAE. The role focuses on building strong pipelines of both professional and skilled workforce across a wide range of disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for construction and contracting positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, social media and other channels.
• Recruit for roles such as Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Civil/MEP/Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, HSE professionals, foremen, supervisors and skilled labour.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks and coordinate offers.
• Develop and maintain talent networks in the Philippines and the UAE.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and overseas manpower suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within construction, contracting, engineering or infrastructure firms.
• Proven ability to recruit both professional/technical and skilled workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations.
