Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our Corporate Banking division. In this role you will manage a small team of recruiters and partner closely with senior business leaders to attract top talent across a variety of banking functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑ to senior‑level positions in Relationship Management, Credit, Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Transaction Banking.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and supervise a small recruitment team, ensuring high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end hiring processes within a complex banking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a recruitment team and influence senior business partners.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking functions and the talent market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
