Senior Technical Analyst – Brokerage & Capital Markets

About the role

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to bridge business and technology teams within brokerage and capital markets environments. The role involves end‑to‑end solution design, system integration, migration, testing and production readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements for trading and settlement systems.
• Perform gap analysis, support target‑state solution design and participate in architecture reviews.
• Coordinate integration across OMS, trading platforms, APIs, middleware, messaging and micro‑services.
• Lead data migration, reconciliation and validation for client, account, position and transaction data.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, go‑live and production readiness activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brokerage, capital markets or financial services technology.
• Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Solution Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and documentation skills.

• OMS, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody, corporate actions, margin trading.
• REST/SOAP APIs, micro‑services, middleware, messaging technologies.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• System implementation, modernization, migration, testing and production releases.
