Senior Telesales Executive

About the role

Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a results‑driven Senior Telesales Executive to promote premium Dubai real‑estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into appointments and ultimately into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and present high‑value real‑estate projects.
• Qualify leads, assess buyer interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow‑up.
• Handle objections confidently and turn enquiries into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation or a call‑center environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, resilience and ambition to grow a long‑term career.
