Senior Tendering & Contracts Manager

About the role

The Senior Tendering & Contracts Manager will lead the end‑to‑end tender process for MEP projects, ensuring technical compliance, accurate cost estimation and commercial viability. This full‑time position is based in Dubai and reports to a client‑designated manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete tendering cycle from receipt of documents to final submission, reviewing drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and maintain cost databases.
• Review contractual terms, payment schedules, bonds and warranties, and identify commercial risks.
• Coordinate with client engineering, procurement and project teams, and participate in clarification meetings and negotiations.
• Lead and review the work of team members, establish checking procedures and report tender status to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading competitive MEP tenders and ensuring technical compliance.
• Strong ability to assess and mitigate contractual and pricing risks.
• Excellent coordination skills with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
• Experience supervising a tendering team and delivering accurate, on‑time submissions.
