Senior Therapeutic Specialist – Liver Diseases (UAE/Qatar)

About the role

The Senior Therapeutic Specialist will drive commercial success of Gilead's liver disease portfolio across the UAE and Qatar. You will develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, acting as a trusted partner to healthcare stakeholders to improve disease management and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust territory business plan aligned with regional strategies.
• Analyze territory dynamics to identify growth opportunities, access barriers, and key account priorities.
• Lead account planning for government hospitals, private centers, and specialty clinics.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize business impact.
• Promote a multi‑product portfolio, balancing new product launches with established brands.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, market share and growth objectives.
• Monitor performance using data‑driven insights and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Maintain strong scientific and clinical knowledge across liver disease areas and deliver value‑based interactions with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Deep therapeutic expertise in liver diseases (viral hepatitis, PBC, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory and account plans.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship‑building skills with healthcare stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure patient access and appropriate product use.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
