Senior VIP Relationship Manager (MENA)

About the role

Bybit is seeking an enthusiastic Senior VIP Relationship Manager to lead its VIP team in the MENA region. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑value clients, enhancing their experience and driving loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Develop and maintain customer service processes, management rules, and track key client status.
• Analyze client behavior, identify needs, and produce detailed analysis reports.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver optimal service solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with institutional clients, high‑net‑worth individuals, private banks, brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks.
• Background in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
• Prior sales and client‑service experience in international finance, banking or investments.
• Strong communication, written skills and ability to work under pressure.
