About the role

Join Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai as a Server, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a boutique luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process transactions using the MICROS POS system.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• One to two years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a nightlife venue.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and result‑oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high‑energy environment.
