Server – Luxury Hotel (Sharjah)

About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah as a Server. You will work onsite in a luxurious hotel environment, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring every dining experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name when possible and guide them to their seats.
• Serve food and beverages within assigned stations, demonstrating full knowledge of the menu and preparation methods.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, handling complaints promptly with the supervisor.
• Place orders, set up tables with proper equipment, and maintain a well‑groomed appearance.
• Stock cabinets, manage mise‑en‑place, and conduct daily inventory of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and adhere to hotel uniform standards.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities and perform side duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a waitress or in a guest‑facing hospitality role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach.
