Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Experience

About the role
Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Service Advisor, the primary liaison between customers and the workshop. You will guide customers through the entire vehicle service journey, ensuring a transparent and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build long‑term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Translate customer needs into clear service and repair requirements and keep them informed of progress.
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle completion and handover.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to monthly revenue targets.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to satisfactory resolution.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service advisory role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Conversational English and basic Arabic speaking ability.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
