About the role
The Service Advisor ensures a seamless, professional customer journey in an automotive workshop, focusing on retention, satisfaction and profitability. The role combines customer service, sales upselling and adherence to health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Al Futtaim standards and processes to retain customers and maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Upsell and cross‑sell automotive products and services to increase workshop profitability.
- Maintain quality standards and apply 5S principles for operational efficiency.
- Comply with health and safety requirements and continuously update technical knowledge.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 3‑6 years experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputable workshop.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales within an automotive environment.
Required skills
- Strong customer service abilities and execution of service values.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross‑selling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive body parts and repair processes.
