Service Advisor – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring every vehicle in Moove's autonomous fleet is physically ready for launch. Working across rotating shifts in a 24/7 depot environment, you will inspect vehicles, support software updates, and maintain compliance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all vehicles entering the depot, assign actions, and confirm launch‑ready standards before each shift.
• Support autonomous‑vehicle software updates, manage charger setup, and oversee charging cycles.
• Arrange vehicle manoeuvres, maintain depot cleanliness, and complete daily reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Work a rotating schedule (morning, evening, overnight) – 6 days on, 1 day off – and adapt to operational needs.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (minimum 1 year old).
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods in indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Strong time‑management, reliability and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent English and high‑school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using modern apps, digital systems and communication platforms.
