Service Contracts Executive – Automotive

About the role

The Service Contract Executive will ensure the profitability of service contracts for the Bus Division of FAMCO. You will analyse data, generate reports and liaise with customers, workshop teams and senior management to maintain high satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse service contract data from the ERP system and other sources, producing timely reports.
• Alert workshop managers and senior management to exceptions that could affect profitability.
• Present contract performance reports to senior leadership and principals within agreed timelines.
• Maintain contact with contract customers on technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive feedback.
• Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet contract objectives and monitor profitability.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving contract profitability and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing service contracts in a reputable automotive dealership.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
