Service Line Manager - Marine Inspection & Monitoring (MI&M)

About the role

Fugro is seeking a Service Line Manager to lead its Marine Inspection & Monitoring (MI&M) service line in Dubai, UAE. You will be accountable for the profitability, growth, and strategic direction of the MI&M portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term service line strategies aligned with regional MI&M goals.
• Drive business development, secure contractual awards, and manage early customer engagement.
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring efficient execution through all project management streams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing feedback and supporting project teams.
• Manage service line assets, office and operational staff, and ensure resource optimisation.
• Monitor contractual and commercial conditions, supporting project managers with commercial insight.
• Promote technology adoption, implementation and cross‑regional standardisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in marine inspection, subsea technologies or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing profitable service lines or business units.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to lead business development initiatives.
• Leadership skills to guide office and operational teams.
