About the role

We are seeking a Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a range of equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and maintenance services.
• Diagnose faults and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the service and maintenance field.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
