Service Sales Manager – Aftermarket Services

About the role

The Service Sales Manager will lead the growth of the aftermarket service business for industrial processing equipment across the Middle East. This includes promoting and selling spare parts, maintenance contracts, upgrades, repairs and technical services to customers in sectors such as chemical, food processing, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve service sales and order‑intake targets across the Middle East, including visits to customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Pakistan.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective industrial customers and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal technical, service, logistics and operations teams to deliver tailored service solutions.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial service sales, aftermarket or technical sales, preferably within the Middle East.
• Proven track record in business development, account management and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
