Service Supervisor III – Cementing

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at well sites, handling complex, hazardous and high‑profile jobs.
• Plan job execution, provide crew instructions, manage equipment, and resolve disputes within approved levels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and direct the activities of service operators.
• Organise clean‑up, repair and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations for total job execution and lead mixed Halliburton and non‑Halliburton crews.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years experience as Service Supervisor‑Cementing II.
• Licensure to operate commercial equipment may be required.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality improvement processes.
• Ability to evaluate crew performance and provide training to improve job performance.
