About the role
Join BYD and Al-Futtaim Automotive as an EV Service Technician, working on cutting‑edge electric vehicles in the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BYD electric cars.
Key responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on BYD electric vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot high‑voltage components and battery systems.
- Carry out repairs following manufacturer guidelines and EV safety standards.
- Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time, minimizing vehicle downtime.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Required profile
- At least 1 month of relevant experience with vehicle maintenance or repair.
- Ability to work safely with high‑voltage electric vehicle systems.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
