Service Technician – Foundation Equipment

About the role

Join BAUER Equipment Gulf LLC as a Service Technician for foundation equipment, providing on‑site support across the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on BAUER construction machinery.
• Provide hands‑on support to customers and service partners at construction sites.
• Handle rigging, lifting, moving, (dis)assembling, inspection, operational testing and cleaning of equipment and components.
• Research spare‑part needs and propose packages to customers and the sales team.
• Apply BAUER health, safety and environment standards in the field.

Required profile

• School diploma or degree in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as a mechanic, technician or electrician, preferably with drilling, piling or other foundation equipment.
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and/or electrical systems.
• First leadership experience (team leader or supervisor) is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and willing to travel to construction sites.
• Valid driver’s licence.
