Shared Pool Lifeguard – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Shared Pool Lifeguard to join a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and well‑being of all guests using the hotel’s shared pool facilities while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the pool area and enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies, including rescue operations and first‑aid provision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic pool environment.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to enhance guest experiences and ensure smooth pool operations.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate safety logs.

Required profile

• Vigilant, physically fit and able to stay alert for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a lifeguard in a luxury hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Lifeguard certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR training.
• Strong swimming ability and overall physical fitness.
