Shooting Instructor

About the role

Join the new JA Sports & Shooting Club Center in Dubai as a Shooting Instructor, where you will create safe and memorable shooting experiences for guests of all skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe and engaging shooting sessions, including firearm safety briefings and lessons for beginners.
• Issue firearms and ammunition, monitor range activities, and maintain compliance with club procedures and regulatory standards.
• Support the operation and maintenance of target systems, clay throwers, firearms, and archery equipment.
• Assist with daily range setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness while keeping accurate ammunition consumption records.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or equivalent, with vocational diploma or certification.
• Certification from an accredited shooting organization, military, law‑enforcement agency, or recognized shooting club training.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a shooting club, commercial, military, or law‑enforcement shooting environment.
• Strong knowledge of firearms, range operations, and safety procedures.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
