About the role

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Specialist to drive customer acquisition for CargoX's on‑demand logistics services. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to prospective businesses to understand their logistics needs, demonstrate our mobile app, and onboard new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 20–25+ meaningful customer visits/meetings per day across the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect potential business customers through field visits, market research, referrals, digital research and local business mapping.
• Introduce and demonstrate CargoX's logistics/on‑demand delivery services and mobile application.
• Acquire new customers, drive app downloads/registrations and convert qualified prospects into active customers.
• Provide structured daily feedback on customer objections, market trends, competitor activity and potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, follow‑ups, registrations and conversions using the required reporting/CRM tools.

Required profile

• Previous field sales, business development, merchant acquisition or customer acquisition experience.
• Strong spoken English and Hindi; Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid UAE driving license.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable with rejection and high field activity.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of AI tools for research, productivity, market understanding and reporting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Sheets for daily reporting.
• Ability to demonstrate mobile applications to customers.
