Site Civil Inspector (Emirati Nationals)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Site Civil Inspector to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on performing construction inspection activities and ensuring quality control throughout civil and structural works. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients and contractors to verify project requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports, site records, and material inspection requests.
• Conduct civil and structural tests such as soil compaction, concrete slump, and lines and grades surveys.
• Inspect civil materials delivered on site for quantity and technical compliance.
• Verify equipment alignment, balancing operations, and bolt torques.
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and communicate site progress regularly.
• Ensure quality‑control procedures are applied and seek continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of experience in civil inspection of land‑development construction projects.
• Emirati nationals only.

Required skills
