Site Engineer – Al Ain

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join GCC’s construction team in Al Ain. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the Project Manager.
- Submit inspection requests to the QA/QC department.
- Monitor manpower, equipment and material usage to meet productivity targets.
- Ensure works follow approved shop drawings, method statements and project specifications.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum three years of experience in building construction projects.
- Residency in the UAE.
