About the role
Careers International is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with strong technical expertise in interior fit-out projects. The role covers on-site execution, quality control and coordination with various teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and supervise site works according to project drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors for a smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper implementation of designs, detailing and specifications.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and prepare technical documentation.
- Monitor material deliveries, manpower utilization and safety compliance.
- Support the project manager with planning and resolving technical issues on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out execution.
- Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills.
Required skills
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and manage site logistics.
- Knowledge of MEP works coordination and authority approvals is an advantage.
