Site Safety Officer – Façade Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Safety Officer to join our project team in Dubai, focusing on façade and curtain‑wall installations. The successful candidate will ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety standards on site, especially for façade/curtain‑wall works.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
• Provide safety training and briefings to all site personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Valid HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Site Safety Officer in construction.
• Proven experience on façade or curtain‑wall projects is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
