Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while coordinating with project managers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities, monitoring workers, subcontractors, and progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and workforce requirements.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in UAE construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with site reporting tools.
