About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction, modification, and fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves managing daily site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring work meets design, quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workers, subcontractors, materials and daily site activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to architectural and structural drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Oversee blockwork, plastering, concrete and finishing works.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and structural works.
- UAE construction experience preferred.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Candidate must be residing in the UAE.
