About the role
The Site Supervisor oversees daily property operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, maintenance, asset control, and compliance with client requirements. This role coordinates with third‑party service providers and manages shift handovers in a high‑demand, client‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections, complete checklists and reports, and prepare snagging lists for events and pre‑opening activities.
- Monitor and enforce Scope of Work compliance for all third‑party service providers, supervising their attendance, deployment and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Report and track repair and maintenance activities, oversee preventive maintenance, waste management schedules, and maintain asset inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with security, HSE, and company standards while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism, or property/facilities operations.
