Site Supervisor – Turnkey Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead turnkey interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing civil, joinery and MEP works to ensure high‑quality delivery within schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and coordinate civil, joinery, MEP and finishing works according to approved drawings.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, daily work allocation and monitor progress against milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety and HSE standards, and ensure compliance with quality and authority regulations.
• Handle material receipt, verification and proper usage, and maintain daily site reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in interior fit‑out site supervision.
• Proven track record on retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B and luxury residential projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with civil, joinery and MEP fit‑out works.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, sequencing and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
