About the role
The Skilled Helper supports production operations by handling material identification, loading, unloading, and maintaining cleanliness according to 5S standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prepare materials required for production, ensuring correct loading/unloading.
- Maintain cleaning and housekeeping following 5S methodology.
- Load materials onto trucks in coordination with RM/FG.
- Assist in segregation of rejected materials from production or customers.
- Supervise waste disposal and implement IMS corrective actions.
- Report IMS issues to the department head.
