About the role
We are seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor/Field Specialist to support offshore and onshore well intervention operations in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise slickline operations, including rig‑up, execution, and rig‑down.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, SIMOPS, and well integrity requirements.
- Review well data, prepare toolstrings and PCE configurations, and manage contingency planning.
- Lead fishing operations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, certification, and wire management.
- Coach and develop Slickline Operators and Assistant Operators.
- Complete operational reports, job logs, and service documentation accurately.
Required profile
- Technical Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of slickline experience.
- IWCF Well Intervention Certification (Supervisor Level) or equivalent.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.
- ADNOC PTW Permit Receiver authorization is an advantage.
