Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Elite Globex is seeking a full‑time Social Media Content Creator to join its Dubai office. You will translate complex real‑estate and investment topics into engaging short‑form videos, graphics and captions for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish short‑form videos and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Write compelling captions and adapt real‑estate concepts into audience‑focused content.
• Maintain and update a consistent content calendar in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Shoot on‑location footage, including property walkthroughs, agent interviews and market updates.
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity and algorithm changes to optimise reach.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages.
• Track performance metrics and report insights to refine content strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or growing brand social media accounts.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with an eye for pacing, captions and hooks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple content pieces simultaneously.
• Portfolio demonstrating short‑form reels, long‑form edits and graphic overlays.
• Real‑estate or property content experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent.
