Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Join a leading luxury real‑estate brand in Dubai to manage and grow the company’s social presence across multiple platforms while supporting agents in building their personal brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, publishing agent videos, market updates and community spotlights.
• Manage comments, direct messages and lead routing to agents on the same day.
• Develop and maintain each agent’s Instagram and LinkedIn profiles, creating bios, highlights, tone and posting rhythm.
• Maintain a shared brand toolkit (templates, captions, hashtags) to ensure visual consistency.
• Assist with shoots, edit reels, photos and short videos, and write captions and LinkedIn posts.
• Track analytics, leads and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in social media and content creation, preferably for real‑estate, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and personal brands simultaneously.

Required skills

• Video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere (or similar).
• Design tools: Adobe Suite, Canva.
• Social media management: Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools.
• SEO basics: keyword research, on‑page optimisation, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
