About the role
Careers International is hiring a full-time Social Media Coordinator in Dubai. The role covers planning, creating and posting content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, running paid ads and working closely with the design and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Run paid ads and boost posts according to the marketing strategy
- Schedule posts using tools such as Buffer or Meta Business Suite
- Create videos and reels for ongoing projects and site updates
- Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages
- Collaborate with the design and project team on photos and videos
- Track insights, followers and engagement metrics
Required profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Previous experience handling social media for another company
- Knowledge of UAE trends and audience behaviour
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot and similar tools
- Strong content writing and design sense
