Social Media & Events Coordinator

About the role

Studio Kinza is looking for a creative and well-organized Social Media & Events Coordinator to join its team in Warsan, Dubai. The role suits someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content while supporting the planning and execution of workshops and events. It is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging Instagram stories, reels and posts.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and short videos for social media content.
• Coordinate workshop bookings, event schedules and venue setup.
• Assist guests and provide on-site support during workshops and events, including on weekends.
• Maintain an active and engaging social media presence for the studio.
• Ensure smooth coordination of event-related activities and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in social media management and event coordination.
• Valid UAE residence visa, such as a spouse or family visa.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability may be required.
