Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive & Content Creator to shape the digital narrative of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. You will craft compelling visual stories that reflect the brand’s luxury heritage while driving engagement and bookings across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a sophisticated social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other channels.
• Create short‑form videos, reels, stories and posts tailored to each platform.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximise reach and ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine content based on analytics.
• Stay ahead of travel, luxury and lifestyle trends to keep content fresh and viral.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand‑consistent visuals and messaging.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media management, content creation and influencer marketing.
• Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
• Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for emerging digital trends.
