About the role

PRYPCO is seeking a highly creative, trend‑obsessed Social Media Executive who lives online and understands Gen Z internet culture. The role focuses on translating viral moments into authentic, engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Stay ahead of social trends, memes, platform updates and creator culture.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new engagement opportunities.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, reposts and audience interactions.
• Pitch, capture and create behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle and event content.
• Support quick‑turnaround content shoots and edit short‑form, social‑first videos optimized for TikTok and viral formats.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital content or creator/influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Reddit and Gen Z social behaviour.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑managed, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Creative mindset with a deep awareness of internet culture and trends.
