Social Media Executive

About the role

Nexreq, an international recruitment and talent solutions firm, is expanding its Dubai presence and seeks a creative Social Media Executive to drive its digital footprint across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activity on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create posts, reels, stories, carousels and short‑form videos, and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Produce recruitment, employer‑branding, culture and business‑focused content for the Dubai operation and leadership team.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts and copy; shoot and edit short‑form video as needed.
• Monitor trends, engage with followers, track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Coordinate campaigns with recruitment, sales and leadership while ensuring consistent branding.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and short‑form video formats.
• Good copywriting, communication skills and command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage a content calendar independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, visual presentation and basic analytics understanding.
