Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead Shukran’s social media strategy, creating engaging content and driving audience growth across Instagram, Meta, and Google platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, Content Creation, and Digital Performance teams to align social efforts with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and relevant Google platforms.
• Build and manage monthly/quarterly social media calendars aligned with the overall marketing plan.
• Coordinate content creation, briefs, approvals, and publishing schedules for posts, reels, stories, videos, and carousels.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize engagement.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Track performance metrics, prepare insight reports, and recommend optimisations.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in social media, digital, or brand marketing.
• Strong written communication with an eye for engaging, platform‑first captions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.
