Social Media Manager – B2B FinTech

About the role

Arbeit is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead its B2B FinTech content and social media initiatives in Dubai. The role requires deep knowledge of crypto, financial markets and institutional B2B environments, with full ownership of brand engagement and growth across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for all social media channels.
• Manage content publishing, audience engagement, community interactions and performance monitoring.
• Create and coordinate video, visual and written assets in collaboration with editors and designers.
• Conduct testing, analyse campaign results and continuously optimise performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of social media management experience, preferably in institutional B2B settings.
• Strong understanding of crypto, financial markets and FinTech marketing.
• Portfolio of previous work (mandatory for consideration).
